How is an Other Group Tour quoted?

PreeChina charges a ground service fee of USD 100 per person for trips of up to 10 days and USD 150 for trips of 11 to 20 days, quoted individually beyond that, for its own work, and the hotels, meals, transport and tickets at the suppliers' prices, each as its own line in a priced itinerary. The quote comes before anything is booked. How PreeChina charges sets it out.

Does each route show a price?

No. Each group is quoted in a priced itinerary. Send the route, the dates and the group size through the contact page and the reply sets out the service fee, USD 100 or 150 per person by length of stay, and an estimate of the supplier costs.

What does the ground service fee cover?

The English-speaking guide, the ground service, airport pickup and drop-off, and PreeChina's work in planning the programme and coordinating the hotel, transport and meal arrangements. It is a service fee, not a package price.

How does the fee compare with the savings?

Any savings depend on the itinerary, supplier availability, group size and confirmed rates, and are not guaranteed. The cost comparison shows where the savings come from and how to set them beside the fee.

What about a group of fewer than ten?

Other group tours start at ten people. Groups of two to nine are quoted as a project: a project fee plus the actual costs. No figure is published.

Can I choose the hotel level?

Yes. Four and five star hotels in cities are the usual starting point. Boutique and luxury hotels are available as a higher hotel level and are quoted when asked for. Hotel level is an option in the quote, not a separate price tier.

What about remote regions?

Routes in Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia have no standard version. They are planned from a blank page and quoted for each group.
