China DMC for Overseas Travel Agencies

PreeChina works as the destination management company (DMC) in China for overseas travel agencies and tour operators that sell group trips to China. The agency keeps its brand and the relationship with its clients. PreeChina designs the programme with the agency and handles everything inside China, from airport pickup at arrival to drop-off at departure.

Student, business and other groups

An agency can bring any of the three kinds of group, and each is charged the same way.

One service fee, and every cost on its own line

The agency pays PreeChina a ground service fee of USD 100 per person for trips of up to 10 days and USD 150 for trips of 11 to 20 days, quoted individually beyond that, and set out for each group before anything is booked. Any savings depend on the itinerary, supplier availability, group size and confirmed rates, and are not guaranteed: see how the fee works. The hotels, meals, transport and tickets are supplier costs, listed as separate lines in the priced itinerary at the suppliers' prices, so the agency can see all the costs before it quotes its own client. PreeChina adds nothing to those prices and takes no commission from the suppliers. How PreeChina charges sets out the rest.

A 30% deposit of the ground service fee holds the dates. Items that must be booked in advance are paid in advance, for the amount actually booked. The 70% balance is paid within two days after arrival in China. PreeChina charges no handling fee for paying suppliers on the group's behalf.

What to send, and what comes back

Send the group size and profile, the dates, the places or interests, the hotel level and any special needs. PreeChina replies with a draft route, then a priced itinerary. The draft is not a quotation, and nothing is booked until the agency agrees the priced itinerary. Groups of two to nine are quoted as a project: a project fee plus the actual costs.

Plan a Group with PreeChina

Tell PreeChina who you are and what the group needs, and the reply comes with a draft route. Nothing is booked until a priced itinerary is agreed.
