These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PreeChina services, including travel planning, itinerary design, accommodation arrangements, transportation services, local experiences, educational programs, and related support services.

1. Introduction
By accessing our website or using any services provided by PreeChina, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
PreeChina provides travel planning, itinerary design, accommodation booking assistance, transportation arrangements, local experiences, business visits, educational programs, translation support, and related travel services within China.
Certain services may be fulfilled through independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, transportation operators, attractions, restaurants, educational institutions, and local service providers.
3. Booking & Payment
Deposit
A deposit equal to 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm bookings and secure travel arrangements.
Deposits must be paid via international Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

- British Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Chinese Yuan (CNY)
- Japanese Yen (JPY)
- Australian Dollar (AUD)
- Canadian Dollar (CAD)
- Singapore Dollar (SGD)
Final Payment
The remaining balance may be paid within two (2) days after arrival in China and commencement of travel services.
Final payment may be made by:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
- Cash Payment
4. Changes & Cancellations
Any requested changes to confirmed itineraries may result in additional costs depending on supplier policies and service availability.
Cancellation fees may apply once bookings have been confirmed with suppliers. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, entry permits, health documentation, and any other documents required for travel to China.
6. Health & Travel Insurance
Travelers are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for travel activities.
PreeChina strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
PreeChina acts primarily as a coordinator and facilitator of travel services.
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, public health events, supplier failures, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, images, itineraries, branding, and design elements, remains the property of PreeChina unless otherwise stated.
10. Privacy
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.
