For Associations, Chambers and Agents: PreeChina as the Ground Partner

A group of 20 on a seven-day programme: 20 × USD 150 = USD 3,000. That is the ground fee only. It is a service fee, not a package price.

The ground fee covers:

• Designing the programme together with the organiser.
• Booking and coordinating hotels, site visits, tickets and transport inside China.
• Arranging meals for the group.
• Airport pickup and drop-off.
• An English-speaking guide.
• Chinese-language local coordination.

The ground fee does not cover:

• Hotels.
• Admission and exhibition tickets.
• Transport inside China.
• Meals.
• Travel insurance.
• Personal spending and shopping.
• International flights.
• Upgrades to a higher specification than the one agreed.
• Technical interpreting, which is quoted for each session.

These costs appear as separate lines in the priced itinerary, so the organiser sees what the ground fee covers before quoting its own members or clients. The group pays the hotel, meal, transport and ticket costs directly to the suppliers or through PreeChina, which can coordinate the payment and pay on the group's behalf, with no handling fee.

The per-person ground fee is for groups. A group of two to six is quoted per project, as a project fee plus actual costs. No figure is published for it. Start with the briefing and a 30-minute call.

A 30% deposit of the ground service fee holds the dates. Hotels, transport, attractions and other items that must be booked in advance are paid in advance, for the amount actually booked. The 70% balance of the ground service fee is paid on arrival in China, in cash or by bank transfer (T/T). PreeChina receives business groups of up to thirty people. Where a venue takes fewer, the programme follows the venue.
