Associations and companies planning a business visit in China can send a short brief. PreeChina replies to set up a 30-minute call. No price is given in the reply and nothing is booked.
The Brief
What Is Not Asked
PreeChina does not ask for a budget. A typical group is between two and six people on four to seven days, and a larger group is quoted from its programme.
What Happens Next
The reply sets up a call. On the call PreeChina asks what the trip must achieve and says plainly what can and cannot be arranged. The how it works page sets out the six steps.
Send the nationality, the industry, the purpose of the trip, the group size and the dates, and PreeChina replies to set up a 30-minute call. Nothing is booked until a priced itinerary is agreed.
Request a BriefingReviewed October 2026. Programme details are confirmed in writing for each group.
