Six Steps
Agencies that sell the trip to their own clients follow the same six steps. The For Agencies page sets out the split of roles between the agency and PreeChina.
Reading A Draft
A draft names what is chosen and why. The sample itinerary shows the pattern: it says which zoo and why, which campus and why, which day is the tightest and what the alternative is, and what to decide early. A school reading a draft should be able to see where the programme has slack and where it has none.
See the sample itinerary and the teacher FAQ.
Changes
If the flight time, the dates or the group size change, the route is rebuilt rather than squeezed. If something changes on the day, such as a traffic jam, rain or a venue that cannot seat the group, the plan is changed on the day. The safety page describes seven such situations.
Send the group size, ages, dates and the curriculum or interests, and PreeChina replies with a draft route. Nothing is booked until a priced itinerary is agreed.
