Case Study: A Russian Language School in China, Three Seasons

A Russian language school has brought a group of students aged 8 to 16 to China with PreeChina every year since 2025. The group has grown from 20 participants in 2025 to 36 in 2026, and 60 are booked for 2027. The school is not named here.

What the group said on the last night

On the last night the students spoke to the camera. Several called out "I love China, Pree China!", and others thanked the guides and said they wanted to come again. The words below are taken from the film, and the Russian ones are translated.

The last night: students say goodbye, with English captions · Film: PreeChina

I love China so much. I love China's culture so much.

A student

The trip was wonderful. We visited three cities at once. It was an unforgettable trip. I would come again.

A student, translated from Russian

I liked the Chinese people very much. They are all very kind and friendly. I really liked China, and I really wanted to come here again.

A student, translated from Russian

Thank you for letting us practice our language. This means a lot to me.

What a returning group shows

A school that books the same operator three years running, and enlarges the group every year, is making a statement about the earlier trips. The school asked to repeat the parts of the 2026 programme that worked well in 2027, and the route for sixty was drawn from that request.

The participants are aged 8 to 16, from children to teenagers, travelling with their school. The group travels in early May each year.

How the route changed as the group grew

The first season stayed in one city, with a day trip to Suzhou. The 2027 programme for sixty moves between three cities by coach and high-speed rail, with two coaches and sessions run in two sittings of thirty. A larger group changes how a day is built, not only how many seats are booked.

What went wrong and how it ended

Over the early seasons the group met traffic, rain on a boat ride, a restaurant that could not seat everyone, a participant separated from the group at a theme park, a participant who became unwell, and a phone and a wallet left on a coach. Each was resolved without anyone coming to harm. The safety page lists all seven.

What this case does not show

This is one school and one country, and it describes what happened on these trips. It does not describe a standard package, and it says nothing about prices. Schools and agencies that want a comparable programme describe their own group in the proposal request.
