Standard Package - YOAN Booking Form
A fully inclusive China experience package designed for a minimum of 2 travelers, with a maximum duration of 5 nights and up to 3 cities. The package includes 4–5 star hotel accommodation, a private English-speaking chinese guide, private transportation, and intercity travel by high-speed train or domestic flight where applicable. All meals and guided experiences are included for a seamless and worry-free journey across China.
Booking & Payment Policy
After submitting your booking request, an invoice containing detailed payment instructions will be sent to your email address.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit payments are currently accepted by bank transfer only. Please complete the deposit payment before the due date stated on the invoice and reply to the invoice email with a copy of your bank transfer receipt.
Your booking will be confirmed after payment verification. A booking confirmation email will normally be issued within 2–4 working days.
The remaining balance must be paid within 2 days after arrival in China. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other approved payment options.
Cash payments are accepted in multiple currencies, including USD, CNY, EUR, AUD, JPY, SGD, THB, and RUB.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated based on the deposit amount already paid.
• More than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% deposit refund.
• Between 3 and 10 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% deposit refund.
• Less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date: No refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
