- Final confirmation and booking arrangements
3. Passport & Booking Requirements
Passport information may be required for booking flights, trains, hotels, and other regulated travel services.
This information is used strictly for booking purposes and will be securely deleted after your trip is completed, according to our privacy policy.
4. Photography & Content Services
Some itineraries may include photography or video services. These are optional and can be selected during your booking process.
If any content is intended for social media or promotional use, we will always request your prior consent.
5. Travel Flexibility
China is a dynamic travel environment. Weather, local events, or operational factors may require adjustments to the itinerary.
We always aim to provide equivalent or better alternatives when changes are necessary.
6. Communication & Response Time
Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours. Complex itineraries or business/factory visits may require additional planning time.
7. Health, Visa & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and compliance with China’s entry requirements.
We can provide guidance but are not responsible for visa approval outcomes.
8. Payment & Confirmation
Travel arrangements are confirmed only after required deposits or full payment is received, depending on the service type.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.). These will be clearly communicated before final confirmation.
10. Code of Conduct
We expect all travelers to respect local laws, cultural norms, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.
